Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Computer and Laptop Sales! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using a gift voucher. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a gift voucher from Computer and Laptop Sales, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1.Issuance and Use
- Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-store and online.
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed for products and services offered by Computer and Laptop Sales.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
- No fees are charged for the purchase, activation, or use of a gift voucher.
2.Validity and Expiry
- Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
- Gift vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.
3.Balances and Redemption
- The gift voucher balance can be used across multiple transactions until the balance is fully spent or the voucher expires.
- If a purchase exceeds the available balance on the voucher, the difference must be paid using an alternative payment method.

4.Loss, Theft, or Damage
- Treat your gift voucher like cash. Computer and Laptop Sales is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
- Gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or damaged.
5. Refunds and Returns
- Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded after purchase, except where required by law.
- If products purchased with a gift voucher are returned, any refund will be issued as a credit back to the voucher (if valid) or as a replacement voucher.
6.Restrictions
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for bulk or business purchases unless expressly authorized by Computer and Laptop Sales.
7.Fraud Prevention
- Computer and Laptop Sales reserves the right to cancel or refuse any gift voucher if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.
- If a gift voucher is found to be altered, counterfeit, or obtained fraudulently, it will be void.
8.Changes to Terms and Conditions
Computer and Laptop Sales reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all vouchers issued thereafter.
