Warranty Claims Process

    Securely package the product in a sturdy box, including all accessories if applicable. Ensure the following details are clearly displayed on the package:

    Your Contact Details (Name, Phone, and Email)
  4. Ship the Product:
    Send the package to our North Rocks location at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the product.

Repairs and Replacements

  • All warranty repairs are performed at our North Rocks location.
  • Customers are responsible for delivering and collecting the product.
  • If the issue cannot be repaired, we will provide a similar replacement. If no suitable replacement is available, a refund will be offered.
  • Customers must back up their data before submitting the device. Data backup services are available upon request for an additional fee.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
