Product Information
- We strive to ensure all product descriptions and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any product listed on our website as products are also sold in our warehouse store.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw any product listed on our website without prior notice and before accepting your order.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Shipping and Postage
- Postage is an additional charge calculated at the time of purchase based on your delivery address.
- Once an order is dispatched, Computer & Laptop Sales is not liable for any risk of loss or damage to the items.
- Tracking details are provided upon dispatch. For tracking inquiries, contact Australia Post using the reference number provided.
- Estimated delivery times:
Sydney Metropolitan Areas: 3–5 business days.
Interstate and Rural Areas: Delivery times may vary based on location. - Computer & Laptop Sales does not ship internationally.
- Delivery delays may occur during Australian public holidays.

Change of Mind Policy
We offer a 30-Day Change of Mind Policy to ensure your satisfaction. Conditions include:
- Proof of Purchase: Satisfactory proof of purchase is required.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition, with no signs of damage or misuse.
- Return Method:
Return items in person to our North Rocks showroom or via post (return postage fees apply).
Goods must be received by Computer & Laptop Sales within 30 days from the original purchase or delivery date. - Exclusions:
Brand-new accessories are not eligible for the change of mind returns.
Faulty or damaged items on arrival must be reported within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Warranty Policy
Our products are covered by a 6 to 12-month warranty, as stated on the product listing.
Warranty Covers:
- Hardware faults affecting internal and external components, except:
- Battery and Charger: Covered for 1 month only.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Improper usage, including exposure to heat, moisture, impact, or insect damage.
- Software-related issues such as viruses or operating system errors.
- Damage from third-party repairs, aftermarket accessories, or unauthorized modifications.
- Physical damage, such as dents, scratches, or cracked screens.
- Electrical damage caused by power surges or improper setups.
- Faults occurring during transportation, relocation, or reinstallation by the customer.
- Loss of data due to hardware or software issues.
Warranty Claims Process:
- Contact us via phone (1300 724 968) or email (info@computerandlaptopsales.com.au) to report the issue. Provide your asset number and details of the fault.
- Safely package the product, including all accessories. Clearly display your order number and contact details on the package.
- Ship the product to our North Rocks location at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Repairs and Replacement:
- Warranty repairs are conducted at our North Rocks location. Customers are responsible for delivering and collecting the product.
- If a fault cannot be repaired, we will provide a similar replacement. If no replacement is available, a refund will be offered.
- Data backup is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for data loss during repairs.
Online Orders
- Orders are dispatched once full payment is cleared. Orders may be held until payment clearance is confirmed.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may result in delivery issues. We are not liable for such errors.
- Tracking details are provided upon dispatch. Please use these details for inquiries with the courier service.
Service and Repairs
- Repairs are conducted at our North Rocks location.
- Customers are responsible for delivering and collecting their products.
- Data backup is the customer’s responsibility. If requested, we can assist with data backup for an additional fee.
Liability
- Once dispatched, Computer & Laptop Sales is not liable for any risk of loss, damage, or delays caused by shipping.
- We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware issues, software corruption, or repairs.
