Orders are dispatched from our North Rocks, Sydney facility typically within 2 business days of payment clearance, delivered with end-to-end tracking via Australia Post or one of four partner couriers (Send Couriers, TNT, FedEx, CouriersPlease). You receive a tracking link by email at dispatch. Free in-person pickup is also available from the North Rocks showroom Monday to Sunday, 10am–6pm AEST.

  • Payment clearance: Orders are dispatched only after full payment has cleared. Bank transfer payments may take 1–2 business days to clear.
  • Accurate shipping details: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. CLS is not liable for delays or re-delivery costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.
  • Transit responsibility: Once dispatched, the courier is responsible for the goods in transit. Use the tracking link to monitor delivery and contact the courier directly for in-transit issues.
  • Damage claims: Damaged on arrival? Photograph the package and contents and email [email protected] within 48 hours. We'll arrange replacement or refund.
  • Public holidays & peak periods: Australian public holidays and peak retail periods (Black Friday, Christmas) can extend delivery times by 1–3 business days.
  • PO boxes: Australia Post can deliver to PO boxes. Couriers (TNT, FedEx, etc.) require a street address.

How much does shipping cost?

Free. CLS offers free shipping on every order Australia-wide — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. This applies to every capital city and most regional postcodes.

How long will delivery take to my city?

From dispatch to receipt: Sydney 2–3 business days · Canberra 2–3 · Melbourne 3–5 · Brisbane 3–5 · Adelaide 3–5 · Perth 3–6 · Hobart 5–8 · Darwin 7–10. Add 1–3 days for regional postcodes within each state. Dispatch itself is typically within 2 business days of payment clearance.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Australia Post is our primary courier and handles most orders. For specific locations or larger items, we also use Send Couriers, TNT, FedEx, or CouriersPlease — whichever is most reliable for your destination. You'll see the selected courier and tracking number in your dispatch email.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Click through to monitor end-to-end progress via the courier's portal. If you haven't received the email within 2 business days of payment, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] with your order number.

Can I pick up my order from your showroom?

Yes. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready — typically within 1–2 business days. Pickup is free. The showroom is at Unit 25, 16 Loyalty Road, North Rocks NSW 2151, open Monday to Sunday, 10am–6pm AEST. Bring photo ID and your order confirmation.

Can I shop in-store and take it home the same day?

Yes. Walk in to the North Rocks showroom Monday to Sunday, 10am–6pm, browse our stocked range, and take it home that day. Our team is on hand to help you compare models, grades, and configurations.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Australia Post can deliver to PO boxes. Other couriers (TNT, FedEx, CouriersPlease) require a street address. If a PO box is your only option, mention it in the order notes at checkout and we'll route via Australia Post.

What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?

It depends on the courier and your address. For most parcels, the courier will leave a card and you can collect from the local depot or re-book delivery. If you have a preferred delivery instruction (e.g. leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe spot), include it in your order notes at checkout and we'll pass it to the courier where possible — though the courier ultimately decides based on their own policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the package and contents. Include your order number. We'll work with you and the courier to find a resolution through the courier's claims process. Once dispatched, items are in the courier's hands — but we'll help where we can.

Do you ship internationally?

No. CLS ships within Australia only. All 8 capitals and most regional postcodes are covered. We don't currently offer international shipping.

What if I need urgent delivery?

For Sydney, the fastest option is in-person pickup — available same-day for stocked items if you walk in. For interstate, call 1300 724 968 before placing the order and we'll quote an express courier upgrade where possible (TNT or FedEx express). Standard shipping is the free option; express is at-cost.
