Gold Coast (4217), Sunshine Coast (4558), Toowoomba (4350), Ipswich (4305), Cairns (4870), Townsville (4810), Mackay (4740) and Rockhampton (4700) all ship free. South-East QLD takes around 4–6 business days; far north QLD 5–8 days. During the wet season (November to April) far north QLD can see weather-related delays.
Queensland uses Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) year-round and doesn't observe daylight savings. From October to April, when NSW is on AEDT, Brisbane runs one hour behind Sydney — so if you're ordering near end of day during that window, allow for the hour difference. The rest of the year Brisbane and Sydney share the same time.
