What's included in your networking services?

Our standard networking engagement covers four phases: site assessment, architecture design, supply & installation, and ongoing support. We can deliver any phase individually or as a complete project — for example, "design only" if you have your own installer, or "supply only" if you need genuine refurbished equipment but already have an in-house network team.

Do you sell refurbished networking equipment?

Yes — this is a cost-effective way to build or upgrade a network without paying brand-new RRP. We supply refurbished enterprise networking gear from Cisco, HP/Aruba, and Juniper, all tested and certified to industry standards. Genuine licences and manufacturer warranties apply. New equipment is also available where required for compliance or warranty reasons.

Can you design and install a network for a small business?

Yes — small business networks are a core part of what we do. Typical small-business projects include a managed switch, a firewall/router, two to four wireless access points for coverage, structured cabling to each desk and access point, and integration with your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace identity. We start with a free site assessment and work backwards from your business goals.

What networking brands do you supply?

We supply networking equipment from the major enterprise vendors: Cisco (Catalyst switches, ASA firewalls, Meraki cloud-managed Wi-Fi), HP / HPE / Aruba (ProCurve switches, Aruba access points and controllers), and Juniper Networks (EX series switches, SRX gateways, Mist wireless). For servers and rack equipment we also supply HPE ProLiant and Dell PowerEdge. Other brands available on request.

Do you handle wireless / Wi-Fi setup?

Yes. Wireless deployment typically starts with a coverage assessment to plan access point placement based on your floorplan and obstacles. We then install dual-band or Wi-Fi 6 access points (depending on your needs), configure separate SSIDs for staff and guest, set up PoE switching to power them, and apply security policies (WPA2/WPA3, RADIUS or pre-shared key, isolated guest network).

Can you set up VPNs and remote access?

Yes. We configure site-to-site VPNs for multi-office connectivity (e.g. Sydney head office to Melbourne branch) and client VPN access for remote workers. Most modern firewalls from Cisco, Juniper, and HP support both. We also help configure Microsoft 365-integrated remote access (Entra ID conditional access, MFA enforcement) for cloud-first businesses.

Do you provide ongoing network support after installation?

Yes. Ongoing support covers configuration changes, troubleshooting, firmware updates, equipment replacement, and gradual upgrades as your business grows. Support is available on retainer or ad-hoc — whatever suits your team size and operations. For Sydney metro clients we provide on-site visits; remote clients are supported via remote access and equipment dispatch.
